During my tenure at a large regional accounting firm, I noticed small businesses were not getting the level of service they needed and often over paid. So in 2024 I rolled up my sleeves, grabbed my trusty calculator, and struck out on my own. Today, the AEM team and I have helped hundreds of small business owners, non-profit managers, and individuals reclaim their time (and sanity!) with high-touch services that truly meet their unique needs.
