April Merrick, LMT

April Marie Merrick is an experienced Holistic Bodywork Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Empathic Oracle Card Reader.

She has studied and become well-versed in a variety of alternative healing modalities. These include but are not limited to Reiki, Kung Fu, Yoga, Guided Meditation, Therapeutic Massage, Divination, and Chakra Balancing.

In April 2009, I was attuned to the Usui Reiki art and healing method.  April has always had a strong connection with her empathic and energy healing abilities, even as a child. Becoming a Reiki Practitioner expanded and enhanced her ability to channel divine light and energy.

April also offers a unique approach to chakra balancing. Her gift is often helpful in the clearing of energies that are interfering and/or blocking your ability to manifest your desires.

She often uses imagery, color, and visualization to bring clients into a more connected state within themselves. This can facilitate a more profound individualistic Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Healing, or Massage Session.

April offers clients the opportunity to book individual Reiki, Chakra balancing sessions, Massage, or Intuitive Sessions.

You may also schedule a combination of services, provided there is enough time to offer each service.  She may, at times, use and recommend the use of crystals to further enhance a session. The distinctive benefits of a crystal or stone can help open, soothe, balance, or charge the body's energy centers.  April utilizes her intuition in her sessions to provide a unique and customized experience for each client.

If a client chooses to have a more traditional massage, April is happy to provide that too.  April has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002.

She offers therapeutic deep-tissue techniques and Massage. Swedish Massage. Sports Massage. Assisted/Passive Stretch techniques, and Flow Massage.

Flow Massage is April’s favorite type to perform. This is a rhythmic, fluid style of massage that utilizes the vibration of music to create “flow” (energy movement) within the client, in resonance with the sounds or music being played.

As an Intuitive Oracle Card Reader and Empath, April uses her clairsentient abilities to access and channel information from the Divine. She enjoys helping clients examine what is currently presenting in their lives. April helps clients honor and celebrate themselves more.

She believes in showing gratitude for the blessings they have or can receive.  April can also help address potential blocks and challenges a client may be experiencing.

It is April’s passion to offer guidance, clarity, reassurance, and compassion.
