Benjamin Romann, LMT
Hi, I’m Ben Romann, licensed massage therapist and the founder of Ben Romann Massage & Bodywork. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over eight years, combining evidence-based techniques with a whole-body approach to healing and wellness.
My journey began at the Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers of Plainville, where I worked closely with physical therapists for seven years. That environment shaped my practice in a meaningful way; teaching me to approach massage not just as relaxation, but as a powerful tool in recovery and functional improvement. During that time, I learned to integrate corrective exercises, stretching protocols, and movement-based strategies into my sessions to help clients recover faster, regain mobility, and reduce pain long-term.
In January 2025, I opened my private practice at The Bridge Healing Arts Center, a wellness-focused community that aligns with my values of intentional, individualized care. My practice focuses on therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, Thai massage (both floor and table-based) and cupping therapy.
Each session is by appointment only, giving me the time and space to focus fully on your individual needs; whether that’s relieving chronic pain, rehabbing from an injury, or supporting your body through regular, preventive care.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m passionate about movement, anatomy, and helping people reconnect with their bodies. I regularly pursue continuing education to deepen my skills, and I bring that evolving knowledge into every session.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me Rucking local trails, enjoying live music, or spending time with family and friends. I believe in living a balanced, grounded life and I bring that same intention to my work with each client.
If you're ready to feel better in your body and move through life with less pain and more ease, I’d love to work with you. Call or text me to book an appointment today!
