Sacred Frequencies – A Sound Healing and Reiki Experience

With Gina Ferrara, Master of Reiki and Vibrational Healing and owner of Odonata Reiki Healing Arts

Every other Thursday 6-7:15PM

This unique session combines:
• Sound Healing – immersive tones from crystal and Tibetan bowls,
chimes, and other instruments that ease anxiety and support mental clarity
• Reiki – a gentle energy practice that supports relaxation and emotional
balance
• Guided Meditation – to help you settle into stillness and reconnect with
yourself

Together, these elements create a calming space where your system can reset, supporting stress and anxiety relief, nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and deep relaxation.

You don’t need any experience at all. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and allow this time to be for you.

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything else to be comfortable lying on the floor for an hour. There are mats & blankets to borrow
