this session will also focus on connecting with your inner wisdom. You’ll reconnect with yourself at a soul level, and tap into your intuition and any special messages your soul has for you during this magical holiday season.
What to bring: a yoga mat and blanket and anything else to be comfortable. Also bring water to drink. Yoga mats and blankets are available to borrow.
