December’s theme is about celebrating the return of the light. Our Cacao ceremony, altar & music will align with this theme. Dress up to invoke & celebrate the returning light. Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering to express ourselves freely, connect & expand together via music & dance.

Awaken Love Now®️ offers the deep heart medicine of ceremonial cacao to awaken bliss & open our heart to more love with ourselves & one another. We also dive into heart connection practices, sound healing to uplift our soul & learn new skills to expand our capacity for loving ourselves and one another.

CJ Porter leader & dj of Ecstatic Dance from Earthdance in Mass will be bringing his magical beats for our heart journey. We will begin with an opening into soft ambient sounds welcoming the return of the light, flowing into an upbeat ecstatic blend of live guitar / electronica / R&B & soul funk fusion / hip hop / house & more to create a Winter Solstice Celebration.

Auria is a self-love coach, shamanic healer & embodiment guide weaving healing, sound, & embodiment practices to liberate your heart as you reclaim your power & cultivate self-love. Auria’s also devoted to guiding sisters to liberate themselves & shows women how to reignite their feminine fires so they can become an unstoppable goddess on fire.

❃ This is a judgment free zone. ❃ No talking on the dance floor. ❃ No burning candles, incense or any fire. ❃ No Dance experience needed. ❃ Please talk outside of dance space. ❃ Kids under 10 are welcome for free. ❃ Child must be watched during event. ❃ Respect the space and one another. ❃ Turn off cell phones, no calls in space. ❃ Please refrain from perfume & incense. ❃ Our dance is a DRUG & ALCOHOL-FREE event.

⫷ What to Bring & Logistics ⫸

❃ Please be respectful & clean up after yourself.
❃ You’re invited to bring drums & shakers for drumming.
❃ Bring your own water bottle. You can refill at the venue.
❃ We don’t provide plastic cups, striving to be zero-waste.
❃ You can arrive late or leave early. Free parking is available.
❃ Wearing yoga or loose clothes will help you dance with more ease.
❃ Ecstatic Dance & Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
❃ You can bring a yoga mat, blankets & pillows. Keep outside when not using.

We’re a substance free, alcohol free, safe & inclusive space. All are welcome. Come as you are. We’re excited to share this amazing community where consent, authentic communication, support & love rest at the core.

We value self expression and encourage people to do so in a respectful and safe manner. We celebrate and encourage respecting the bodily autonomy and safety of every dancer both on and off the dance floor. Please respect our intention to offer folks a safe, supportive place to dance into full self expression.

If you are found to exhibit inappropriate behavior, boundary crossing, harass or violate another person (sexually, verbally, physically, etc) on or off the dance floor or after the event you will not be allowed back into the space. You will not be refunded and will not be allowed back into our dances. If you see something or experience something please come up to our organizers or staff to bring it to our attention. Thanks for making our community a safe place to dance.
