In the Awakening Room

What to expect: A fun weekend of breathing, moving, smiling, laughing and making new friends. Participants will learn the facilitation skills needed to create their own laughter practice, and confidently lead laughter yoga sessions in a variety of groups, settings and situations. In the end, you will be Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders.

What participants should bring: Comfortable clothes, water and lunch.

About Robert:
