In this circle we will: Connect to each other with curiosity and notice how our similarities & differences, strengths AND “weaknesses” ALL hold value ~ sharing our experiences & stories
Explore self-awareness & recognize how our thoughts, feelings, and physical states affect how we experience each day to overcome “limiting beliefs” & NURTURE “self-talk”.
PLAY!!! Reconnect with the part of ourselves that calls out to us to laugh & have FUN with intriguing individual, duo, and group activities. Celebrate our efforts and WINS!

Parking: GPS MAY SEND YOU IN WRONG DIRECTION! Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says “304 Main Street”. Park in any of the 3 parking areas on the right, and the main entrance is the big red door. Follow signs to Cafe area.
