Embarking and staying on a spiritual path can be challenging. If you are experiencing doubt or confusion on how to stay aligned with your soul’s purpose and highest truth, this group is for you! Ryan will share his own spiritual experiences, practices, intuition, and grounding methods to help participants discover what lights them up on a soul level. A sense of wholeness is something that must be experienced; developing spiritually makes it easier to see past the mind’s illusions and allow your inner truth to shine!
What participants should bring: A journal, pen, item(s) that help you ground, an open mind and heart.
Event Fee: $10-$15 suggested donation.

Bio: Ryan has struggled with depression and undiagnosed chronic pain for many years which led him to do much inner work. During this journey, he learned to identify ego vs soul and to trust his heart’s intuition over thoughts created by the mind. Ryan is a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, RYT-200, and eternal student.
