Each Wednesday in April from 6-7pm, starting April 2nd
Transform your body and mind with Kelly’s Flex and Flow class. These classes are designed for:
- build lean muscle
- boost metabolism
- improve flexibility
- foster a mindful connection between body and mind
This class incorporates light weights, resistance bands and sliders to target key areas of the body including the upper body, lower body, core, and glutes. You’ll engage in a mix of dynamic strength training and stretching exercises that sculpt and tone your muscles while increasing endurance and enhancing mind-body awareness.
What participants should bring: a set of light to medium weights. Mat, sliders and bands will be supplied to members.
Event Fee: $20/class (classes are ongoing and you can join in anytime)

Bio: Kelly Chapman is a fitness enthusiast, mom of two teenagers, and resident of Burlington, CT. As an ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Certified Personal Trainer and Transformation Specialist. She is also certified Barre Instructor and is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through both exercise and nutrition. Kelly believes in the power of mindfulness in fitness, guiding her clients to not only transform their bodies but also to cultivate a deeper mind-body connection throughout their wellness journey.
