Reiki what’s also known as (“life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing

Reiki Level 1, also called the first degree of transformation is available to anyone. Most often, self-Reiki is the focus at this level. You learn how to connect to the energy channels and how to implement this practice on your own. You will be able to offer reiki to yourself, other’s, animal, plants and anything that is alive.

This class is taught by Reiki Master Instructor Ada Rios who calls herself a young reiki master. She has been a Master for 7 years. Her reiki journey started when she discovered that she could learn how to manage energy and help people heal through reiki. Ada Rios is also a Yoga instructor, clinical reflexologist, a hypnotherapist and a bio psycho therapist. Ada incorporates these modalities when teaching the three reiki levels . “When the student is ready the master will appear. ”
