Self Exploration Through Movement and Art

Join us at outdoors at the gorgeous Bridge Healing Arts Center (weather permitting) as we do just that!
We begin with a 60 minute Soul Flow, led by Stephanie Wheelahan. Stephanie is a 200 HR Certified Yoga Teacher, with additional training in leading trauma-informed classes as well as additional training in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. She will guide you in this practice using movement , breath and meditation to help you release distractions & tensions from the body and mind, connecting you to your creative center.
Then we create! Kellyn Trapp takes over as our creative guide after the meditation. Kellyn is not only an artist, but is a Creative Instructor & Therapeutic Art Life Coach. She will guide you on canvas paper using a pre drawn portrait silhouette and acrylic paint to complete your creative experience, allowing your intuitive creativity to do the rest as you explore personal intentions, acceptance, release & growth.
Art supplies & herbal tea will be provided, please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
