Deepening Your Spirituality by Developing Spiritual Practices!

Event Description: Ever wonder how you can expand and deepen your inherent sense of self and connection to spirit?
Join us for this two hour “sampler” workshop where we will discuss your own connection to self and spirit, common blockages and generic ways to open the channels of communication. We will then explore different practices, so that you will receive some practical, everyday tools that can support you in your daily life.
1. Opening Meditation which will include a breathing practice.
2. Introduction and Discussion: Each participant will have the opportunity to share their intention for the workshop.
3. Discussion of common blockages followed by an experiential practice to release a blockage.
4. Sampler of different daily practices that will support your journey into developing deeper connections.
5. Creation of your own personal “recipe” or “personal Instruction manual.”
6. Closing Meditation
What to bring: wear comfortable clothing to be able to move in, journal or paper to create a personal manual.
Herbal teas will be provided.
Event Fee: $25
