10-12PM: Embracing the Seasons of our Life Experience
This workshop will explore our human experience and journey through our lifespan:

• Touch on how our belief systems created from our internal self, culture and family impact our journey.
• Focus on embracing changes as we grow and move from expectations to living in the moment.
• Discussion around letting go of fears and moving forward to becoming our Authentic Self within our lifespan.

We will touch on the three dimensions of self, emotional, physical and spiritual (soul consciousness). 

Discussion will also include strategies for living in preparation for our last journey in this physical world.

2:40-4ish PM: Wisdom of Our Ancestors
In this workshop we will discuss Native American philosophies and how we can Co-Create and Live in the World we want our children and grandchildren to inherit:

One needs to only tune to the various news outlets or social media platforms to see all the issues that divide us. We will therefore explore the collective Wisdom of Our Ancestors
to discover what brings us together.

An example is the Lakota phrase “Mitakuye Oyasin” roughly translated to “All My Relations” or “To All Things I am Related through the One.”

A study of Buddhist, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Taoist and Native American beliefs, a common theme runs through them all is that we are not only connected to
each other but to all of creation. Our hope for a brighter, more sustainable future economically, politically, environmentally and most especially spiritually depends on all of us seeking the good counsel of our Indigenous Ancestors’ collective wisdom and honoring the teaching with gratitude and humility.

We must remember that no matter where on the planet our Ancestors came from, north, south, west or east and no matter what race, black, white, yellow or red,

we are all indigenous to Mother Earth.

We are all in this together and are responsible to Co-Create the World we want our children and grandchildren to inherit.
