Pure Essential oils carry this sacred wisdom within every single drop. We as humans can choose to invite this powerful medicine into our lives to help us remember that wisdom that is always within us.
John has over 20 years of experience teaching medicinal aromatherapy as a means of connecting to one’s own inner wisdom to bring about healing on all levels.
During this experience, John will show you how to consciously work with oils to enable a better connection to the truth within.

◦ Guided imagery
◦ Guided meditation
◦ Body Scanning and awareness techniques
◦ Oil anointing exercises

Things to bring:
◦ water
◦ a journal, pen
◦ a pillow and yoga mat in case you want to lay down during any of our
meditations. I want you to be comfortable. There are mats and blankets to borrow if needed.
◦ Also be mindful of what you wear. We will be applying essential oils onto the body. Loose and comfortable clothes are recommended.
◦ Most importantly, bring an open heart and mind. Be ready and open to receive!
