Learn how to access and use your own healing energy!
In this workshop we will begin with a mantra meditation practice to awaken the healing energy in our heart centers.
What to expect: Following a mantra, you will be led in a guided meditation that will help you connect with your healing energy, and then led to explore the way that energy feels when used on your own body. The class will end with a powerful crystal singing bowl integration to balance your chakras, in which you will lie down and receive the vibration in a deeply relaxed state.
This class is a wonderful way to connect to the magic contained within you, that you may not even be aware of!
What participants should bring: Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket and bolster. There are some mats & blankets to borrow.

About Julia: Julia is a master sound healer, shamanic practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga teacher who has used these modalities to empower herself to heal from conditions that she was told would only degenerate. She believes there is always a road to healing, when we are empowered to help ourselves. Her mission is to empower others by teaching about the healing abilities we are all innately born with.
