Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and let go into the body’s own wisdom.
From this space of body awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced!
Ecstatic dance is a ceremony to express ourselves fully and celebrate all that we are!
This is a free form, sober, conscious dance. We maintain social silence on the dance floor to hold a sacred container for transformation at a deeper lever.
This dance will be held outdoors and we will honor each others space.
No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome.
Kelli Joy will open with a breathwork meditation, tuning into the body and dropping into presence. Douglas Pouliot will then help us drop in with each other by offering a connection exercise.
Cosmic Hue will create an ecstatic live musical experience to get our bodies moving, our hearts opening and our spirits connecting.
Come on the journey to dance your truth and embody your creativity.
Bring a lawn chair or cushion for sitting if needed, plenty of water and snacks to fuel your body.
