What participants should bring: Anything comfortable in which to move. An extra layer that you can easily remove is a good idea, too, because I will have you up and moving for a large chunk of the time. You are welcome to bring a water bottle. Optional: Yoga mat to lie upon for the Laughter Mediation toward the end of the session.
