This 6-week Online Program can bring Healing & Forgiveness to stuck, negative emotions trapped in your subconscious.  Discover, uncover and release energy depleting emotions such as Anxiety, Anger and Fear from interfering with your daily life through art.

Uncover and release old negative patterns and feelings that are keeping you stuck.   Each week we will tackle a new topic and bring what is currently unconscious to the conscious level. You will be guided through a process of working through each topic and will then place those unwanted negative patterns into a therapeutic painting you will be creating during each session.
