Bio:
Eliana Serna Perez is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Master’s in Functional and Integrative Nutrition from Saybrook University and over five years of experience. She specializes in gut health and inflammation, helping clients improve digestion, reduce chronic inflammation, and heal through personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans.
With clinical experience at a wellness center alongside a naturopathic doctor, Eliana has co-managed patient care and supported clients through detox programs. She also leads workshops at Yale University on mindful eating, superfoods, and healthy meal prep, empowering participants to build healthier relationships with food.
Rooted in compassion and her personal experience managing autoimmune disease, Eliana offers practical, sustainable wellness strategies tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says “304 Main Street”. Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of a ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
