A Reiki and Sound Meditation for the Autumnal Equinox
Date and time: Friday, September 20, 2024 7:00-8:00pm
Honor and celebrate the Autumnal Equinox! Shorter days and longer nights return as we settle, rebalance and move into a more contemplative time.
With the guidance of Reiki energy, we will integrate the soothing vibrations of sound into a peaceful, guided group meditation.
Join Gina and Rio to cultivate a quieter, deeper space within, and look toward the season ahead.
What to bring: a mat/blanket/pillow and some water. Chairs and some mats/blankets will be available. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your space.

Gina Ferrara uses Reiki, Sound, Guided Meditation, Acupuncture, and Movement to craft personal, empowering, wellness experiences through individual/group sessions, workshops, and presentations. She is currently a meditation teacher with Insight Timer.
Rio Comaduran utilizes intentional sound vibrations to encourage gentle energetic release and a rebalancing of the nervous system. She is a licensed clinical social worker, clinical hypnotherapist, sound healing practitioner, and a Reiki master, specializing in quantum healing.
