Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and let go into the body’s own wisdom. Ecstatic dance is a ceremony to express ourselves fully and celebrate all that we are!
This is a free form, sober, conscious dance.
No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome.
What to expect:
- Kelli Joy will open with an embodiment exercise.
- Hannah & Bliss of Hannah’s Field will create an ecstatic musical experience combining live music and drumming with a DJ set to get our bodies moving, our hearts opening and our spirits connecting.
- Bring plenty of water and snacks to share on the community table.
