No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome.
Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and let go into the body’s own wisdom.
From this space of body awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced! Ecstatic dance is a ceremony to express ourselves fully and celebrate all that we are!

This is a free form, sober, conscious dance.
We maintain social silence on the dance floor to hold a sacred container for transformation at a deeper lever.
This dance will be held outdoors if the weather permits.
-Evening opens with an embodiment exercise
-Then the music will begin to get our bodies moving, our hearts opening and our spirits connecting
-The night will close with a light conscious breathwork meditation
Bring plenty of water and snacks to share on the community table.
