We create a safe space during our sound healing circles to share our feelings, hold space for each other and relax to the soothing sounds by Kelvin Young RSS (Recovery Support Specialist) and Maria Del Carmen MBA.

The meditative sounds promote healing from chronic stress, muscle tension, physical pain, feelings of anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep issues, addictive behaviors, unprocessed trauma and other stress-related chronic health conditions.

Parking: Parking is in the back, at the very last building. Drive around the building in the back and continue until the driveway ends in a circle. Park in that parking lot and use the entrance with the short ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
