An introductory and interactive workshop about how we can better manage the nervous system. 

What to expect
  • Learn effective mindfulness, meditation and visualization techniques
  • Participate in breathing exercises that can be used anywhere
  • Use 5 touching/tapping techniques that help calm the nervous system
Event Fee: By donation only. Suggested $10 cash donation.
