- -The class will start with a series of warm up exercises (suffix ground, spinal flex)
- -Kria to balance your heart and brain. Move the energy store in your chakras trough yoga moves, Mudras and meditation. (kundalini)
- -Meditation trough poses, chanting and breathing to balance brain and heart.(sundo)
- -Last part is shavashana to assimilate the workout into your body memory. (Hatha)
- -Come and join a small semi private class to learn some ways to practice different types of yoga at home or to add to your repertoire of yoga practice techniques.
