Meditation is an ancient practice that has been in use for thousands of years. This is still practiced worldwide because it has benefits for mental and physical health and overall well-being.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Meditation is a mindfulness practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety & stress, help focus the mind and more.

Our Meditation Escape Room is designed to surround you in a tapestry of soothing sound and scent. Let tension, worry and the outside world slip away as you relax, replenish and rejuvenate with one of our meditation options:

  • Choose your soothing and unique journey with a carefully selected catalog of different meditation styles.
  • Enjoy a 30 or 60 minute stay on our crystal gem mat, combining hot stone therapy, crystal therapy, and infrared heat to supercharge healing. Non-crystal gem mat meditation options also available.
  • Perfect space for a beginner to start and focus on their mindfulness journey.
  • Ideal for those of all meditation levels to go deeper into their practice and increase self-awareness.
